Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Trust Documents JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: As a Virtual Notary Public, you will have a unique opportunity to facilitate the execution of trust-related legal documents in your own home office. This is a U.S. based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct remote notarizations for various trust-related documents, such as living trusts, revocable trusts, and advanced healthcare directives. Ensure the proper identification of signatories and witnesses through secure video conferencing platforms. Confirm the understanding and intent of parties involved in the virtual trust notarization process. Safeguard the integrity and authenticity of notarized trust documents through meticulous record-keeping. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of state-specific laws and regulations related to trust document notarization. Provide clear explanations to clients about the significance and legal implications of notarized trust documents in a virtual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing trust documents, especially in a virtual capacity, is a plus. Comfort and proficiency in utilizing secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms. Profound knowledge of trust document notarization procedures and applicable laws. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive trust-related information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
