Job Summary
Pacific Publishing has an immediate opening for an entry level position supporting the press team. The web press assistant act as part of a 2-3 member press crew printing newspapers for our community, school and foreign language clients.

Pressroom – high noise, moving machinery. Area is subject to varying temperatures. Concrete floors.
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs & ladders, reach, kneel & stoop, and be able to lift 50lbs. Must have high visual acuity with excellent color perception with or without corrective lenses.
Work Schedule
Typically, 30-40 hours per week. Due to the nature of this position, hours will vary in order to accomplish the required tasks and may require coming in early, staying late, or (rarely) working weekends. It is critical that the person in this position be reliable/have reliable transportation.
